Refund & Returns Policy

Our products include recycled materials such as metals, plastics, and scrap materials which may vary in composition, size, and condition. All products are sold as described and may not be identical in appearance.
2. No Standard Returns
Due to the industrial and bulk nature of our goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once products have been delivered and accepted, except under specific conditions outlined below.
3. Eligible Refund or Replacement Conditions
- The product delivered does not match the agreed specification
- The material is significantly defective or unusable
- The wrong product was supplied
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Inspection & Verification
All refund or replacement requests are subject to inspection and verification by our team. We reserve the right to assess the material before approving any claim.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Minor variations in material quality typical of recycled goods
- Products that have been used, processed, or resold
6. Custom Orders & Bulk Deals
Custom orders, bulk deals, and negotiated contracts are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Refund Process
- Processed within 7–14 business days
- Issued via original payment method unless otherwise agreed
8. Shipping & Collection
Return logistics will be coordinated if approved. Costs may be deducted unless the error was on our side.
