Characteristics of PP plastics
, the density of PP material is relatively small (0.91g/cm^3), in fact, it is the smallest density of commonly used plastics.
, PP material has very good stress cracking resistance, high bending fatigue life.
, good heat resistance. PP products can be used for a long time in a high temperature environment below 100 degrees. Temperature to 150 degrees or so will not be significantly deformed.
, good chemical stability. PP has excellent chemical stability and is inert to most acids, bases, salts and oxidants. In addition, PP has food grade and is widely used.
, processing performance. Once a certain temperature is reached,PP particles melt rapidly, and can all be converted into a molten state within a few degrees. The melt viscosity of PP is relatively low, so the molding flow is good, especially when the melt flow rate is higher, the melt viscosity is smaller, which is suitable for large thin-walled products injection molding.
